The construction of the production line equipped with state-of-the art technologies as designed by our studio for the production area of La Lorraine in Kladno proceeds as planned

The project of 40m high cold storage warehouse with 130m x 40m floor plan was a challenge. As a part of the project, administrative facilities and sophisticated structures of intra-area roads and pavements will also be built. Production lines with state-of-the-art technology enhanced production in Kladno in the first stage. It was necessary to ensure high fire resistance of structures and meet hygienic requirements imposed on construction materials. Difficult geological conditions called for optimized solution for structural walls. At the same time it was necessary to design buildings with the view of extension in future. In cooperation with Ytong, we were able to meet extreme requirements for 15 meters high cantilevered walls. Energy efficiency and overall energy savings are obvious in this type of project. The successful first stage resulted in an efficient production line integrated in the set of materials used in the area and in the surrounding environment.
