Passive Červený dvůr Residence offers 15 roomy apartments

Červený dvůr Residence designed by our studio has almost been completed. A new passive buildings house fifteen airy apartments with front gardens on the ground floor and balconies and terraces on higher floors. As most of the villas in its surroundings, Červený dvůr has three compact floors followed by twice recessed fourth and fifth floors. Using light grey and white colours on the first three floors and dark colours on two upper floors we supported a geometric form of the new, clearly defined and sophisticated new building. The project is planned to be completed in autumn 2019.
