I am the registered architect and university teacher, the working architect lacking theory who thus (occasionally) creates it (on his own); the principal, conceptual architect, visionary, philosophy and sociology adept and planner. I am interested not only in buildings and interiors but also in complex development of localities and settlements, public area and always holistic approach. With thirty years of experience, I am the partner to rely on in any type of project. I am occasional yachter, skier, snowboarder, biker and kick-boxer and a father of four children.I am the registered architect and university teacher, the working architect lacking theory who thus (occasionally) creates it (on his own); the principal, conceptual architect, visionary, philosophy and sociology adept and planner. I am interested not only in buildings and interiors but also in complex development of localities and settlements, public area and always holistic approach. With thirty years of experience, I am the partner to rely on in any type of project. I am occasional yachter, skier, snowboarder, biker and former kick-boxer and a father of four children.
I came from Plzeň in 1991, at early dark ages of the company and equipped with only a set of technical drawing pens, tracing paper roll, rulers, and acrophobia. And today, I am still with the company as a technical director. Sometimes, I am at the table buried in paperwork, some other time my shoes are dirty with mud from the site, but usually I am satisfied with what we have managed to build. At present, I am working on the design of a new hotel Ritz – Carlton at Old Town Square, Prague; master plan of the residential complex at Na Vackově, Prague where the formation of a completely new district is in progress; and I am also working on the extension of the La Lorraine production plant in Kladno.
I take care of the smooth operation of the entire company, carefully monitor all incomes and expenses; manage human resources and recruitment of new employees. I am the right hand woman for Michal, the company’s head. I love theatre and dancing in particular.
Having worked for MS architekti for 26 years my work has been great motivation and inspiration for me. Thanks to diversified job orders I work on and participate in, my work is still satisfying and pushing me forward in my profession. Moreover, a great team of people and family-like environment in the company make my work fun. I am the head of the Benzina StopCafe 2.0 project. I worked as an independent designer on the Carrier Refrigeration project in Beroun and Mýto in the Czech Republic, and as a chief draughtsman, I am responsible for changing design of Vodafone stores within the reconstruction project.
I have been working as a project manager in MS development studio for over 11 years. The main development project is the new city district of Zåhrada in the center of Lysá nad Labem, on a brownfield site after a former brewery. My hobby is scuba diving, motorbike riding and sports in general. My life principle is honesty, reliability and responsibility.
I am a person with technical thinking and I have a positive approach to life and work. I have been working at the studio for more than 10 years and I still enjoy cooperation on unusual projects. As a designer, I work on the design of the Ritz – Carlton hotel at the Lesser Town Square, Prague; restoration of the baroque Křižovnice residence – Tursko, or the Horizon residential complex in Beroun.
At the studio, I have gained various experience in designing new buildings as well as reconstruction, and in 2009, I started to specialize in budgeting. I like using the opportunity of direct cooperation with architects and designers. I am primarily responsible for drawing up a list of works for project competitions; master plan of the new Na Vackově residential quarter, conversion of Jinonice Château, residential complex Garden in Lysá nad Labem or restoration of National Heritage Institute’s objects in Ostrava in 2015.
I am an architect interested in industrial architecture, conversions, and small alterations. I am a head architect of partial sections of large projects: Jinonice Château, conversion of the former Perla 01 area or new offices of Čedok travel agency. After work I relax dancing swing, taking pictures or cooking.
I started to work for the studio in 2015, completely unaware of architectural practice. From “flower-watering” girl I have moved up to the position of the architect and designer. Together with my colleagues I have created the design of the New Landhauska Apartment Building and I also contributed to the design of New Žižkov Centre.
I come from Strakonice and I came to Prague mainly to study architecture. During my bachelor studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, large scale became my hobby so I decided to complete my Master programme at the Department of Urbanism. Except for working at the studio I spend almost all my free time playing basketball – as a player and trainer as well. At the studio, I am responsible for public space project within Perla 01 in Ústí nad Orlicí, I participate in preparation of the land use plan for the area of the former sugar factory in Lenešice or public space project for Smíchov City. I was a member of the team that won the competition Potenciál města Žďár nad Sázavou (Potential of Žďár nad Sázavou). These days, I deal with various competitions such as revitalization of the New Road in Náchod or landscaping and urban solution of the park in Holešovice, Prague.
I design building constructions. Cooperation with architects at the architectural studio gives a chance to experience the construction from the beginning to its end. This is the best experience and an opportunity for the civil engineer to do his job. Then the personal growth is like constructing the building.
I come from Teplice and since 2017 when I started to work for the studio while studying at the Czech Technical University in Prague, I have gained valuable experience working on various projects. I am interested especially in urbanism and public spaces, and I like looking for design routes within settlements from wider context to details. I like travelling abroad, hiking or visiting galleries.
I am from Písek and I started to work for the studio while studying at the Czech Technical University in Prague where I studied architecture and civil engineering. As I started to work for the studio while still studying, I could participate in many interesting projects as a student and I obtained important experience which I can further develop as an architect and designer. I work on variety of projects such as architectural competitions and documentation for various stages of the construction management and I continue to gain new experience which helps me move forward. In my free time, I like exploring natural and architectural beauties of the Czech Republic and other countries.
I come from Peru, yet I´ve lived in Bolivia where I graduated from the Faculty of architecture and urbanism of the Private University of Santa Cruz. I´ve been pushed towards environmental care while working in Switzerland and Bolivia, recognizing how architecture and construction have to take the lead and switch to sustainable strategies. I enjoy dancing and outdoor spaces during my free time. So far I’ve been part of a variety of architectural competitions: revitalization of the square in Žatec, Malešicka residences, revitalization of the square in Žatec, Radlicka residences, Nachod District, and Holešovice by the water. Aside as well I’ve collaborated on ongoing projects like Benzina StopCafe 2.0, hotel U Sixtů, and Vackov residences.
I have been a part of MS architekti since 2016. I studied two fields: architecture and civil engineering. Professionally, I am interested especially in architecture of residential buildings and related urban spaces as in case of the Paprsek multifunctional house in Stodůlky, Prague. In everyday practice, I participate in designing commercial and production objects such as expansion of La Lorraine production plant. The result of our team’s effort depends primarily on people and their mutual cooperation. I most appreciate rational approach, diligence, and empathy. No doubt, architecture reflects the organization of the world around us. That is why cooperation on every project is an opportunity for me not only to better understand the given field but the life itself.
I come from Košice where I graduated from the Faculty of Arts of TUKE, Architecture and Urbanism filed. So I have decided to reap these 6 years in Prague Among other things, I like art deco, recycled and recyclable materials, dogs, history and lunch breaks. By the way, my name translated into Czech is Jindřiška, but don’t use it. I am working on the project of Benzina focusing of modernization of Benzina filling stations in the territory of the Czech Republic and partially in Slovakia. I am responsible for coordination of our team and technical architects, communication with all parties and operative solution of possible issues. I also work on extension of La Lorraine bakery plant in Kladno. I have designed the main reception with training rooms and other additional features, implementation project of reconstruction of office premises as well as new technical building.
I graduated in architecture in the UDP-FAAD in Santiago de Chile. In the last 5 years I have been working on different projects and offices in Chile as in personal projects in the south of my country, especially in Patagonia.During this time I have successfully completed different types of project such a residential buildings and houses designs, renovations of heritage buildings, landscape projects and sports infrastructures. I believe that architecture is a means to interpret and critically project the territory and its components, rural and urban, natural and artificial, away from a reductive and idealized vision of reality. A space for the production of organization and form, using design as a strategic transfer system capable of opening new possibilities in the ways of life and occupation of space.
Experiencing my last moments at school, I kicked off my carrier at the company where I started to work as a designer on very interesting projects: conversion of Jinonice Château, new Ritz – Carlton hotel at Old Town Square in Prague or restoration of the baroque residence in Křižovnice – Tursko. For me, there is no better training than practical work on the spot where everyone is willing to help. I have been given a chance to show everything I got.
I studied architecture in the UK qualifying as an architect from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. Before moving to the Czech Republic, I worked in the UK, Australia and Spain on a wide range of project types in both small and large studios. As well as working as a practicing architect I have always been interested in theoretical side of architecture and urbanism and returned to study initially architectural history and more recently sustainable urban development at the University of Oxford, graduating with an MSc in 2018. I have been a guest tutor and mentor at the Universities of Kent and Brighton, Riga Technical University and at ARCHIP in Prague. Prior to joining MS architekti I was Programme Director at The Class of 2020 in Amsterdam, a real estate think-tank for the future of living, working and learning. Here at MS architekti I am currently leading the project for a new concept for Benzina petrol stations at a number of sites throughout the Czech Republic. Outside of work, I like running, travel, photography and cooking food from all corners of the world.
I am a Lebanese French Architect. I completed my Architecture studies in 2015 at the 'Academie Libanaise des beaux-Arts' (ALBA) in Beirut, Lebanon. After my graduation, I worked in a small office in Beirut on multiple interior and architectural design projects where I participated in several international competitions. This experience allowed me to develop my aesthetic sense as well as my technical skills and knowledge of the several aspects of project implementation and management. Working at MS architekti is my first experience abroad in a foreign city. I am very excited to discover a new culture and a new approach to architecture and the built environment, especially as an architect.
Icome from Ostrava. For many years, I had lived in Ústí nad Labem where, among other things, I studied at the Secondary Technical School. After studies I spent more than 2 years abroad. As a designer at MS architekti, I participate in the long-term project of Benzina filling stations redesigning across the Czech Republic. My hobbies include sports, music, and travelling.
I had a chance to get familiar with what a project of a listed building restoration means while studying. At present, I continue dealing with the same topic so I can help integrate historic buildings into everyday life whether it is a hotel or an apartment building. I devote my spare time to music, especially choir singing, and travelling.
I graduated at the Faculty of Architecture (FA) of the Technical University in Bratislava and I also studied at FA of the Czech Technical University in Prague. I like taking part in competitions since my secondary school studies and many times, I have received even international recognition. While studying at the university I worked at various studios in Bratislava and later in Prague where I went through all stages of various projects from the study to implementation. Throughout the time of my practice, I have turned myself from student into an HIP and BIM manager. In the past, I participated in the study of office premises in Hong Kong or in detached house implementation in Hainburg an der Donau. I am happy that I could be a part of these creative teams which formed the look of the Twin City complex in Bratislava, CČM (Black Bridge Centre) or Westfield Chodov in Prague. I like travelling, hiking, cars and design.
During my Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, I came across a chance to do an internship in the Czech Republic. Intrigued by the Czech culture, lifestyle and history, I decided to learn the language and continue my Master’s degree from here. Not much later into finishing my Master’s Degree at FA ČVUT in 2019, MS Architekti came around as a great opportunity, and I have been here since. I am hardworking and open to learning something new every day. The core of my interest in architecture forms with ecological sustainability together with the latest trends in architecture.
The work experience I have gained at MS architekti is an ideal opportunity to align my almost completed architecture studies and professional experience. I deal with revitalization of the SAZKA company as a designer, and I participate in the long-term project of Benzina filling stations currently being redesigned. As an architect, I have dealt with e.g.: competition for the campus of the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. The work on a diverse range of contracts spanning from construction projects to purely architectural tasks is not only fun but it also pushes me forward. And this is what I appreciate a lot. Pleasant working environment, helpful attitude, and friendly atmosphere among colleagues are only the imaginary icing on the cake. I look forward to participating in your project together with them.
I have been working for the studio since 2002. Over the years, I have participated in many projects providing diverse experience and motivation for future “project challenges”. As a designer, I have dealt with e.g. object passportization for the district of Prague 3, or refurbishment of commercial building premises for spare time of Sazka employees where a new fitness centre has been situated.
I am an architect and graphic designer from a small town in Northern Moravia. While I studied at the University I had a chance to spend several years in countries like Japan, Singapore and South Korea, and travel across large part of Southeast Asia. This gave me a chance to work on various projects and broaden my horizons. Foreign experience and working in international teams helped me at MS architekti where I worked on various architectural and urban competitions. I like visual communication and graphic design in general, either 2D or 3D and especially creating visual materials or urban studies. I am always happy to help my colleagues with any computer issues, if they are in need. I have recently started to deal with creating new VR software which can change the method of architecture designing from scratch.
I come from the family of builders, my grandfather and grandmother are both civil engineers and my father is a site manager. And that’s why my future was heading in the clear direction. I have done almost all jobs in building industry. From pushing the wheelbarrow at the construction site through professional completion of the construction and budgeting I worked my way up to my own designs of new constructions. As a member of the MS architekti studio’s team I work on a long-term project: Benzina StopCafe 2.0.
I come from Terchová and I came to the Czech Republic to study civil engineering at the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Technical University in Ostrava. I liked the atmosphere of the city so I stayed to live there after graduation. In 2020, I joined MS Architekti. The work for the studio is satisfying also thanks to nice people in the team. As a designer I work on various projects in cooperation with more experienced colleagues and this expands my knowledge and experience.
I come from Puerto Rico, a beautiful, sunny small island in the Caribbean. Because of my passion for interior design, I studied and graduated as an Interior Architect. After following my heart, I moved to Czech Republic and started my career as a young architect and planner with MS architekti, where I have been involved with documentation for Benzina and design for Sazka Hotel.
I come from Kolín and in April 2019, I joined the MS architekti studio as a draughtsman. Currently, I am working on renovation of Benzina petrol stations all over the Czech Republic. Designing in MS architekti is a chance for me to work and apply BIM projects in reality.
I studied at the Secondary School of Civil Engineering in Plzeň to become civil engineering designer. I like drawing, painting and doing sports. I try to be creative all the time and I am very competitive. I joined MS Architekti in 2020, and I started to work on a large project of Benzina StopCafe 2.0 where a great group of people welcomed me.
I have worked for the company since 1996 when I started as an assistant. At present, I participate in Benzina petrol station project together with my colleagues and I am responsible for public negotiations. Thanks to my work I can learn new things and gain more experience.
I graduated from the School of Architecture Engineering from D.U.Th., in 2018, in Greece. During University, I had the chance to work on a wide variety of scale and type projects from residential, commercial and educational to cultural. Before coming to Prague, I was working as a freelance architect and illustrator in Thessaloniki. My design patterns are focusing on spatial awareness, human interactions, and environmental approach. In my conceptual design strategy, going beyond ordinary forms is a driving force leading to a new way to experience and perceive architecture
I am a copywriter, media planner and very often also a graphic designer responsible for studio publicity, presentation, social media and new website contents. I write articles about our architecture and document our achievements. I sometimes switch from social networks and articles to graphic design and help my colleagues with presentations, portfolio for our clients and design. I joined the studio in 2018 while in last year of my Master degree programme focusing on environmental design and visual communication at the Technical University in Liberec.
After rather little experience in administration, I came to MS architekti where I have been working since 2008. With time, I have gained enough experience to become the back office assistant and I communicate across the entire company.
I started to work with the company after my maternity leave in 2012. I work at the Back Office as an assistant at the reception desk; and as the assistant of the team I try to arrange everything my colleagues need - from coffee orders to minor repairs - simply I do all kinds of work, it is rewarding and I like it. I can push my limits every day and learn new things.
Every journey has its goal. MS architekti gave me a chance to meet my higher professional objectives and I appreciate it very much. I studied Commercial Engineering at the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Technical University in Ostrava. Now I am a member of the great working team in Ostrava where I am responsible for the smooth operation of the Back Office. I participate in respective projects as required by colleagues and management. I am communicative, good at organizing and experienced in administration. My motto is “Where there's a will, there's a way”.
