Photoreport from the construction of the high-tech production and distribution area of La Lorraine in Kladno

Currently, the construction is in progress of high-tech production and storage facilities designed by our studio to extend the production and storage capacity and support the distribution of the area of La Lorraine, pastry producer and distributor, in Kladno. In the first stage, the production was promoted by new production lines with state-of-the-art technology and high fire resistance. All structures meet hygienic requirements imposed on construction materials. At the same time it was necessary to design buildings with the view of extension in future. Energy efficiency and overall energy savings are obvious in this type of project. The project of 40m high cold storage warehouse with 130m x 40m floor plan was a challenge. As a part of the project, administrative facilities and sophisticated structures of intra-area roads and pavements will also be built.
