The Perla 01 industrial brownfield site in Ústí nad Orlicí is transforming into a quality public space

The House of Children and Youth in Ústí nad Orlicí is the first new building realized from our master plan for the complete revitalization of the former Perla 01 textile factory. The building is currently being constructed and is planned to open to the public in September. In the immediate vicinity of the new building, an attractive public space full of greenery will also be created. The surrounding space will include a multi-purpose area for markets, fairs, concerts and open-air exhibitions, including a nature park and an amphitheater.

The development will be enriched by a green roof terrace overlooking the city. The project was designed by our team of architects including Linda Svobodová, Jakub Mazur, Michal Šourek, Pavel Hřebecký, Nick Anthony Duero and Milan Ševčík.
