New residential scheme proposed for Prague river bank

A challenging site in Prague on the banks of the River Vltava between a train line and a highway is the proposed location for a new residential and commercial development. We worked with the site to create a quiet and safe haven at its core and to focus on the views of the river, and Prague's scenic areas of Vyšehrad, Dívčí hrady and Podolí.

Our team of architects including Alexandr Verner, Nathalie Fatte, Ksenie Bahdanovich, Tomáš Velek, Marie Laure Cazes, Paraskevi Kolokytha, Pavel Hřebecký and Michal Šourek designed a sympathetic composition of apartment buildings growing from a common attractive garden. The residential development is complemented by an office building as well as cafes, restaurants, shops and services.
