We designed a new residential complex Na Balkáně

A new multifunctional building and development of the sports area. Apartment building with active surroundings make up a new quarter together with areas and buildings for sports: a structured system of public areas is the backbone of the locality. The residential square with amenities and vegetation make up the centre of this new locality. The concept of this new locality is designed as carbon neutral.
