We designed a complex revitalization, conversion and completion of a functionalist palace of the Všeobecného penzijního ústavu in Prague 3.

A complete revitalization, conversion and completion of the General Pension Institute, a Functionalism style building and an immovable cultural monument in Prague 3. The building is revitalized by way of opening a multilevel active parterre, penetration into a public space and its articulation based on the palace extension and adaptive re-use of its upper floors. The conversion includes improving energy balance of the building as well as opening spacious roof gardens with views of the entire city.
