We designed a new sustainable district

With a balanced combination of attractive and versatile public space, quality housing, well-thought-out infrastructure and rich greenery, we have proposed a new sustainable district called Chytré Líchy in Židlochovice, which goes beyond established standards and ideas.

The proposed development of the area creates new connections and relationships with the city and the surrounding landscape. In addition to diverse forms of public space as well as internal shared and flexible areas, the new district offers a diverse typology of housing for different ages, genders and economic groups of the population; for the upper middle class, for the middle age group with sufficient financial means, young families, single parents, foreign professionals, active and self-sufficient seniors as well as for people with disabilities with a high degree of self-sufficiency. The design integrates "wit" in terms of appearance and function, consistent water management, energy-saving solutions as well as smart and sustainable solutions aiming to improve the quality of life of the population.
