Falling into disrepair at present, the important industrial area, Perla 01, in Ústí nad Orlicí will be revitalised based on the design by MS plan s.r.o. The revitalization aims at creating lively public space providing background for a wide range of social activities and improving life in the town. The project includes creation of multifunctional educational centre and a new school of applied arts or technical facilities of the municipal office.
