We invite you to see our award winning project at the Construction of the Year exhibition

The exhibition can be seen until the 30th June 2021 in an outdoor space, which is freely accessible to visitors and passers-by throughout the day. You can also get acquainted with the Červený Dvůr residence – our project which won the CraftEdu award for a residential building in the passive house category.

The development has three main floors, which are topped by a recessed fourth and fifth floor including large terraces which addresses the passer-by with it’s elegant but friendly expression. The morphology of the residence supports the color scheme of the facades: the recessed upper floors are separated by a dark shade of brown from the solid, light mass of the first three floors. A courtyard grows out of a varied garden which is divided into the front gardens of apartments on the first floor.

A high standard of living is provided by the new building which offers 15 energy-passive, bright and airy apartments with generous layouts from 2kk to 6kk with sizes ranging from 71 square meters to 188 square meters including basement car parking. A system of controlled ventilation and heat recovery ensures a healthy indoor environment for the house and a new generation heat pump is used to heat water by using the hot exhaust air from individual apartments. The generated waste heat is therefore recycled and safely used a second time.
