Construction of the first stage of Jinonický dvůr revitalization and contemporary complementation proceeds as planned

In the first stage of the complete revitalization of Jinonický dvůr, twenty roomy apartments were designed and their construction is currently in progress. They will offer a touch with the history to their new owners with all comfort and standard of life in 21st century. The apartments are based on the historical settlement with the public space around and semi-private area of front gardens. The second stage of the project is a complete renovation and revitalization of the yard itself where several exclusive apartments have been designed in a direct touch with the history of the place. In the third and the last stage, five villas will be built and they will interconnect Jinonický dvůr with the rest of locality and complement the current and historical centre of Jinonice.
