In Prague's Záběhlice, we designed an apartment building complementing the urban structure of Nový Spořilov

A five-storey apartment building defined by geometric volumes locate at the place and plan of the former block boiler plant will complement the urban structure of Nový Spořilov with the view of water areas, Sady zahradnické mládeže street and Záběhlice Castle. The new building is designed as a passive house and the project in its entirety is carbon neutral.
