Špork House is completed

Stavbaweb.cz wrote the following about our construction:

The new apartment building is a part of the Garden residential complex near the centre of Lysá nad Labem located on the brownfield left after the former factory. The House has four floors and one floor underground, and it is divided into three staircase sections. There are 44 apartments. Transport and technical connection of the building with the infrastructure of the city, completion of landscaping and consolidated areas in the courtyard and construction of the retention basin are an inseparable part of the design. Apartments located on the ground floor have private front gardens on the west.
