What do you think is essential for a developer-architect cooperation to create a quality housing project?

Asked by ASB magazine, the founder of the MS Architects studio, Michal Šourek, answered: “There are three basic conditions: land, developer and architect. It starts with a developer and architect who apply competence, respect each other and understand and respect the quality of the land and the site. How do you recognize a quality solution? It can be observed by the fact that it is not possible to add anything to it, remove anything from it or change anything on it without worsening the result."
