The first of the three stages of Jinonický dvůr revitalization and contemporary complementation as designed by our studio is under construction

Construction of twenty roomy apartments complementing the area of the cultural monument – the first stage – proceeds as planned. In the second stage, the yard will be fully revitalized and transformed into unique housing within the context of entire city of Prague. In the third stage, Jinonický dvůr will be complemented with modern villas representing current lifestyle designed with respect to a valuable historical substance.
