Our Hloubětín Park won the category of Projects in 13th year of the “Czech Energy and Ecological Project, Building and Innovation for 2014” national competition.

On 11 November 2015, the results of the 13th year of the “Czech Energy and Ecological Project, Building and Innovation for 2014” national competition were announced at the gala evening at the Bethlehem Chapel. This competition is announced annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Environment. The passive project of Hloubětín Park by the JRD development company won the category of Projects. The jury appreciated the project as a significant building complex in Prague applying features of passive architecture to a maximum degree.
