Complete revitalization of the port in Podolí designed by our studio

The port in Podolí started to be used for relaxation and sports at the end of 19th century but the existing facilities fail to meet present needs and requirements. Thus the complete revitalization of the entire locality was designed by our studio including restoration of the historical building of the Czech Yacht Club built in 1912. This complete revitalization will support sport, recreational and cultural functions of the port and restore a unique semi-natural public area of the Vltava River bank. Heterogeneous historical values will be preserved at the locality and in a wider context: the building of the Czech Yacht Club, the context of Vyšehrad, church in Zlíchov and the relief of Dívčí hrady.
