Rough construction of twenty generous apartments with unique atmosphere in the neighborhood of the Jinonice Court cultural monument according to our design and project is finished

In three phases, the design and implementation of the restoration and modernization of Jinonice Court are underway. During the first stage, we designed twenty exceptional apartments that will offer contemporary living with a unique atmosphere next to the Jinonický dvůr cultural monument. The historical homestead is connected with public and semi-private space of residential front gardens. Construction continues as planned and the shell construction is finished: on Monday, January 27, 2020, a "glajcha" took place. The second stage is a complete reconstruction and revitalization of the yard, where we designed several exclusive apartments with direct contact with the history of the place. The restoration of the local brewery from the 18th century, preservation of the recently discovered historical fortress and restoration of the old genius loci are part of the stage. The third and final stage consists of five modern villas. They will connect the area of ​​Jinonický dvůr with the rest of the locality and complete the center of Jinonice, where the past and the present are combined into a unique compact whole.
