Photoreport from the construction of the first stage of Jinonický dvůr (Jinonice Yard) by our design and project

The construction of the first stage proceeds as planned. Renovation and contemporary complementation of the listed cultural monument have been designed and are implemented in three stages. In the first stage, nine exceptional apartments were designed with parameters of houses for families and connected to the historical settlement – Jinonický dvůr – through a public and semi-private space of attached front gardens. The second stage is a complete renovation and revitalization of the yard where several exclusive apartments have been designed in a direct touch with the history of the place. Among other things, this stage includes the restoration of the local 18th century brewery, preservation of recently uncovered historical fortress and restoration of the faded genius loci. The third and last stage includes five villas. These will connect the area of Jinonický dvůr with the rest of locality and complement the existing residential structure with a dynamic public space where the history and present are combined in a unique complex.
