We have connected two separated municipalities through residential structure and vital public space with unique genius loci.

Stavbaweb.cz has written the following about our residential conversion of the sugar factory in Lenešice:

A new designed structure that creates not “only a new quarter” but also respects genius loci of the former sugar factory and reacts to needs of the village: to create space for development, connect Lenešice with Dobroměřice municipality and define new natural centre of the entire area. The area of the former sugar factory is about one sixth of the area of Lenešice. Definition of the long-term development of the municipality – establishment of full-blown residential structure with quality public space, amenities and transport network – is undoubtedly a responsible assignment.
