Construction moves ahead on new childrens centre

Construction progresses on our design for a new centre for children and youth in the town of Ústí nad Orlicí which is estimated to be ready for the next school year. The green roof is complete, the shading tarpaulin is erected and the windows will soon be installed. The building is part of a wider plan of brownfield regeneration on the site of the former Perla 01 textile factory. The children’s centre is the first building to be built within our masterplan which includes an amphitheater, multi-purpose spaces for markets, cultural events and meetings, and new public green areas.
