Zelená Libuš apartment building designed by our studio is a step closer to occupational permit
It is not the intention of the building to draw attention. Its purpose, arrangement and appearance meet expectations and wishes of its future residents. We placed particular importance on maximising the area of residential rooms; the designed solution enables to interconnect apartments and create a home for large family. Apartments with large terraces are situated on higher floors. All apartments on the first floor above ground have front gardens. Common areas around the building can be used to relax surrounded by vegetation or in the playground, there is a bike washer, and last but not the least, residents can grow their own fruit and vegetable there. In the socle part of the building, amenities and partially projecting underground garages are situated. The residents of the apartment building can look forward to housing combining nature in the vicinity (Modřany Gully nature reserve) and easily accessible Prague city centre. In the near future, metro station on line D will be built in this locality.
