We have designed Zelená Libuš Apartment Building

The construction of Zelená Libuš Apartment Building has started. Stavbaweb. cz posted the following about our project:

It is not the intention of the building to draw attention. Its purpose, arrangement and appearance meets expectations and wishes of its future residents. We placed particular importance on maximising the area of residential rooms; the designed solution enables to interconnect apartments and create the home for extended family. Apartments with large terraces are situated on higher floors. All apartments on the first floor above ground have front gardens. Common areas in the parterre can be used to relax surrounded by greenery or in the playground offering bike washer and last but not the least growing own fruit and vegetable. The base of the building includes amenities and partially projecting underground garages.
