We designed a nice residential area between the expressway and the railway line. The opposite of the industrial periphery bothered by traffic is the sympathetic, quiet and safe public space of the new residential area. Despite the unfavorable location of the plot lined on one side by expressway and on the other by the railway line, we managed to design a friendly place to live with a view of the river, Prague's Vyšehrad, Dívčí hrady and Podolí.
Our team of architects Alexandr Verner, Nathalie Fatte, Ksenie Bahdanovich, Tomáš Velek, Marie Laure Cazes, Paraskevi Kolokytha, Pavel Hřebecký and Michal Šourek designed a sympathetic composition of apartment buildings growing out of a common attractive garden. The residential structure is complemented by an office building as well as cafes, restaurants, shops and services on the active floors of the individual houses.
