Construction progresses on new Prague hotel in Old Town Square

One of the most anticipated hotel projects is currently being constructed in Old Town Square in Prague – our design for the project is based on uniting eight historic buildings and a courtyard. The reconstruction of a substantial part of the block forming the southern border of Old Town Square and adjacent streets: Železná, Kamzíková and Celetná is undoubtedly one of the largest and most watched construction projects in one of the most valuable parts of the Prague Monument Reserve in recent decades. Recent finds from one of the buildings in April 2020 further deepens our knowledge of the form, significance and historical value of this site. After the completion of the new hotel, the still inaccessible complex of buildings, including historical finds, will be opened to the public for the first time.
