Architectural features that belong to Prague

Galleries, atriums, passages and courtyards simply belong to the architectural language of Prague. Our new design for a residential building in Prague's Vysočany offers four atriums joined by a public space, which are connected by a shopping arcade with a café and shops. On the upper floors, there are apartments of various sizes with balconies, green roofs and terraces overlooking the city. The apartment building in Prague's Vysočany is being created by intensive use of the hitherto marginalized gap for quality living. The designed courtyards have a human scale - they correspond to the typical dimensions of Prague's streets and bring new quality greenery to the area. The architectural form is based on the industrial genius loci and supports both the quality of living and involvement in the structure of public space.
