We design architecture for a happy life

Our projects help people to lead happy lives and one example of this is the Zelená Libuš apartment building in Prague 12, which was designed by Tomáš Filgas, Simona Matoušková and Michal Šourek. New residents can appreciate the high standard of living, which is efficient but at the same time provides a homely atmosphere. The design contains high quality interiors and craftsmanship, community gardens, green terraces and roofs, playground, kindergarten and underground parking with shops at ground level.
