Carbon-neutral apartments planned in Prague

Designs for a new residential development consisting of three carbon-neutral buildings have been proposed by our studio. The scheme in Prague will offer a range of facilities for the community as well as new public space which will include green spaces, water features, playgrounds and a café. The design concept is based on the greenhouse, and the development will contain a number of them integrated into the landscaping, on the rooftops, together with winter gardens stretching out from selected apartments. The buildings are situated on an elevated site, with views of Dívčí hrady, the city center and the Vltava valley.
