We designed a new multifunctional structure with a vital public space in Modletice

A new multifunctional structure with a dynamic public space created by public and active areas around buildings enhanced the development of the built-up area of the municipality as well as its economy with social and cultural functions. Implementation and operation of this new locality should have a zero CO2 balance.
