K Závěrce residential building will be built on the southern slope of Dívčí hrady (Maidens' Castles), Prague 5 in accordance with our design and project

All our team members have taken safety measures to fight the coronavirus pandemics and we work safely from home. However, our rate of work and effort has remained the same. At present, for example, we are working on the project of K Závěrce residential building in Smíchov, Prague. In Invest Development s.r.o., the process of contractor selection is in progress and the construction will start soon. The new building nearby Kesnerka, villas quarter, will offer 12 spacious apartments with a view of the Vltava valley.
