Five new villas which will become a part of the Jinonice Yard area are characterized by modern architecture and minimalistic design. Respecting historical substance we have designed the third stage of the project connecting history with the present lifestyle. Our project – restoration of and contemporary addition to the listed building – its design and implementation has three stages.
