Michal Šourek has introduced an ambitious project of the Ohrada Residence to inhabitants and city officials of Prague 3

Ohrada Residence, the city-forming project, will complete the corner of Koněvova and Pod Krejcárkem streets and it will offer a high-standard place for dwelling in addition to semi-public open inner courtyard connected to the Vítkov Park and the quality public space with restaurants, cafés and shops in the active area in front of the residence. On Monday, 24 February 20219, representative of the investor - STRM Gama, Vojtěch Podval, the land owner, Michal Šourek from MS architekti, the project author, and Matěj Michalk Žaloudek, the chairman of the Urban Development Committee for Prague 3 participated in the public discussion panel. Jiří Ptáček, the mayor of the third city district and Tomáš Mikeska, the deputy mayor who has urban development in his agenda, also participated in the discussion.
